The camera is on and within range and I cannot connect so not impressed. The reason hit the purchase was to capture what animal is dedicating on our artificial grass over night, so not impressedtnm028

Rotate screen stopped working and crashing when deleting media
Everything was fine with app until today when the screen stopped rotating when moved iPad from portrait to landscape. Also when deleting media from camera via the app it booted me out had to reload.MEM1867
Latest update
4th August. After latest update app won’t open in landscape and when trying to delete files the app closes down disconnecting the camera. Hope this can be sorted out soon as was excellent before update.Jaypee500
Hardware good, software terrible
TrailCam hardware functions well. App is terrible. Crashes whenever trying to delete video or photo from gallery.
Communications scheme is confusing - have to be close enough to connect by Bluetooth before connecting by wifi.Bbbbbbubfuv

Am only just signing up and getting started but it clearly seems amateurish and the English is not 100% both in the app and in the user agreement. A little concerning.:?&@s
Intermittent connection - but no longer!!
The connection between app and camera is not seamless. Open app next to camera (2 inches!) and….. nothing. Leave the phone there and maybe at some point you might get a fantastic connection and it all works beautifully. Then again maybe not. However, when it works it is really very good! So…. Mixed blessings!
Two days later and it now works a charm!!
Have increased to 4 stars, but should really be 4.5 stars!!Show lessdogfish59
