Sent them a support request, got crickets
While I am not sure if it’s the app’s fault or the navigation app’ fault (Google Maps), i can tell you that Optiway’s support is non-existent, as they don’t respond AT ALL.

I will probably get the paid version soon because my business will get busier right now. I’m trying the free version and I’m extremely happy. I’ve been looking for an app like this for a couple years now.
