Many features missing
There two most important features that are missing from mobile application. The top two are
1. IPO orders cannot be placed.
2 VTC orders have been discontinued and we cant place GTT orders. It is forcing me to consider using Zerodha instead. I can’t be in front of Laptop every day. Hence i thought ICICI would be a good option.Show lessFitCode
Lot of issues for NRI account
Portfolio details are not refreshing while switching between NRO and NRE demat accounts.
Didn’t have any options to see all the investments together under single trading id.
Every-time after opening the application need to select the desired demat account to see the details, not retaining the last selected one.
Not option to see XIRR of stock investments which is provided by other brokers.Show lessRekhil Das Devadasan

New update say device Jailbroken
The new ICICI Direct app doesn’t open and shows a message saying the device is jailbroken. The device is fine. Could you please fix this issue.SWAGATMO

Unable to switch and view other demat accounts portfolio
I have 2 pins and non pins account. App is not user friendly to switch and view the accounts.Sugaprakash
You can’t even login
As always ICICI does their best to ensure that UX is complex and login experience is cumbersome. After repeatedly trying to login I am giving up and goin back to website only.Sonu@7
App doesn’t open after OTP
Application does not open after putting OTP verification. I have tried four different iPhone models. Everyone has the same issue.JSBRAR11
