Confusing and Frustrating User experience
As NRE-NRO account holder with multiple Dmat account, this app is so confusing to navigate it’s unbelievable! Seriously ICICI get this better..Vandru47
Unable to calculate actual Portfolio value
I am not sure someone has already mentioned but app does not calculate portfolio value correctly for NRI account.
I have Equity, MF and ETFs but app only calculates MF and ETFs
Rest all options are good and response is quite good.

Total portfolio value doesn’t include multiple SGB
If you have multiple SGBs in your account, it’s not considered in total portfolio value. This needs to be fixed.Saravana Iyyappan

Can't update the app
Worst app, even basic local vendors app work properly. First it forced to use new app, old details did not work. And Finally it's asking otp to go ahead, which I never received after 100s attempts. Kindly fix this asap.Maggie280582
