OK, let me first start off by saying I spoke to an agent who is so informative, extremely kind and patient. The purpose of my call to Inno Dispatch was for a few tips on how to book loads because I have been struggling with it. I was able to speak to a young lady named Lasheta.
She scanned my entire profile for my company and found errors that could’ve possibly been preventing me from booking a load. This young lady spent maybe 25 minutes on the phone with me never sounded aggravated went above and beyond for me, and answered all my questions.
She corrected my vehicle specs length with the height and the weight capacity.

The most important ones are locations and rate. It was an uncommon instance that we can not find a load for a driver in 60 days. We have worked with the LJ team for a month now and have made more money with our business since we started this business. Started working with them late 2022 , great people , always available if you have questions or problems with your load . Getting paid with in 2-3 days is so awesome to keep fueling your van and pay your bills!
