WORST CARGO VAN APP OUT THERE!
Words can’t describe the horrific customer service that Lj innovations LLC provides.Before you get into the trucking industry, I advise that the dispatchers consider going into in depth research on how to be an actual freight broker. Being a dispatcher is not considered an actual freight broker, it is by far illegal! All they do is take majority of the carriers money, by booking loads off of Sylectus and other load boards and leave the carriers with pennies. While the carriers are out here risking their lives and the dispatchers are just sitting in front of a desktop booking loads. I advise everyone to do there own research, invest into load boards and book your own loads. Get rid of the middle man who’s taking your money! Lj innovations LLC service was a disgrace, and I will never recommend this dispatching service to anyone in the world!Show lessFAMTORP

Few things: We are not Freight Brokers; We are a Carrier Company We help match drivers with freight; Driver can bid their own price Some of the drivers we work with do not have access to loadboards. LJ Innovations is family owned business that has over 1 Million OTR miles between us. We have been on the road and we know exactly what its entails. Do you? We encourage everyone to do research on the transportation industry before they begin. They can work with us in the beginning and then move on. We are only here to help! Terrible dispatchers that will call you every 20-30 minutes for an update and sometimes on the wrong load that you’re not hauling, extremely rude and unprofessional and very very low paying!90Via

We apologize 90 Via, that our service did not satisfy your expectations. We only call our drivers when the broker call us and ask for an update or if the driver can not track properly. We here at LJ Innovations are not perfect but we work very hard for each of our drivers. Lastly, the special things about our software is that every driver can place their own bid with their own price on every load.5/5 stars

The dispatchers at LJ always have positive energy and they keep you busy with loads every time you're available. The app is good because you're never forced to take a load you don't want and you can always bid at the amount you think is fair depending on the market Official Review
