Use email not mobile to register
I was trying to set this up for the first time today and read all the reviews about how it's impossible to register. It is true there are some major issues - but after putting my email address into the input area requesting "mobile number" and then doing password + pw confirmation fields, I was able to access the app.
Now to find out whether the device is any better than the app... Crossing my fingershowzawhozit
Need email address to register
App poorly translated. Need to be smarter than the app. App asks for mobile number to register. You will get an error every time. To get the app to work & to register, you need to enter an email address. From there…you can set up a sensor. Again, you must be smarter than the app to make it work.Ruku_84

Not worth it
My mother got me these as a Christmas gift for my son who doesn’t like thermometers and i thought how awesome what a cool great gift and i downloaded the app and it doesn’t work on any device won’t even let you register because apparently a format is incorrect when it’s the app designers problem that needs to be fixed!username NO

There is no way to register, so the app never opens. When you try to register it just tells you that your login information does not exist. Do not waste your money.Care_bear52

Never worked. Purchased at Kroger. I wish it worked. My son was super sick and i need to take his temp. Shame on this Chinese company.Quaba69
Crap
I can’t get my iPhone to connect to the thermometer at all. I’ve charged it and there is no blue light only green and red. There is no light at all when I push the button. What a dud and now that I’ve already bought it I see all of the bad reviews. Lesson learned reviews first. Don’t buy this foreign crap.MegsKay1980
Horrible app and product
Purchased this product for my son who has febrile seizures I thought it would be a good investment to monitor his temperature during sleep but the app doesn’t even work! You can’t even register!! Waste of time and money!!OlaFaraj
