I love that I am able to talk with my health coach to adjust the settings & set new goals all through the app. The meal ideas are also amazing. It connects with all of my other health apps like Apple Health and MyFitnessPal (where I log my custom meals) to make the Endeavors Wellness App my one-stop wellness and nutrition log!
