Lots of discounts if your a loyal customer, much faster and better connection then the website.
Discount Code Doesn’t Work
On the online website it was showing, use LOVE30 to get 30% off.. I’ve downloaded the app and added items in the card in the App but discount code doesn’t work.
Also, App description it self mentioned APP20 code to get 20% off; this code doesn’t work as well.
Very frustrating as I spent so much time trying to work out the codes. What a waste of time. Stop making your customer a fool.

The app was great and easy to find stuff I was searching
Easy to use, and far quicker than online!
Everything is quick and easy to navigate. I liked that, upon creating an account, my cart wasn’t cleared. The only negative is that the product description doesn’t show which sizes the models are wearing, but I know that this isn’t specifically an “app issue”, as the models’ sizes are also not listed online. Please add this, though, as it makes picking a size a lot easier for online exclusives!

Couldn’t sign in or even create a new account
It sends off a verifying email, but the email never sends then it just says error
So easy to use!
Love this app it makes it super easy to shop with Ally and set up an account to easily track my orders and favourites!
Cannot create an account
Both your app and your website do not allow you to make an account. I have tried creating an account, signing in, using forgotten password and nothing works. Apparently an email is sent with an activation link and nothing ever comes. Put me off shopping online completely.
