App won’t load
The all worked really well after Christmas when we purchased a 3 string acoustic. BUT the app stopped working a couple months ago across all of our family devices. Still doesn’t work.

The only reason I did not do five stars is because it kinda says things like “become a member now!” Right when I got it but I just pressed skip but I LOVE THIS GAME

Great when it works
Great app when it works. Son is 3 and loves the app, problem is that it randomly stops working and you can’t load it. Has happened on both mine and my partners phone, just won’t go passed the loading screen
Disorganized microtransaction mess
After buying the guitar on the promise of learning guitar through an app, I’m disappointed to report that it’s a disorganized point-and-click hodgepodge of guitar gimmicks, difficult to navigate, the “lessons” are YouTube videos and monthly service charges, and you need to sign your child (mines’s 7) up for a service. Not as advertised, avoid our mistake

Many issues not enough content
The app does not recognize the notes your playing. Not as much content as it says
Tuner is bugged
If you click the button for the 1st string you hear the note for the 3rd string, and if you click the button for the 3rd string you hear the note for the 1st string.
Guitar is great, app not so much
I love the fender by loog guitar for a beginner, but this app is useless, unfortunately. I was so excited that the app would teach my daughter a bit, but the tuner does not work. The balloon popping game seems to not hear the strings when we play either.
False advertising with uke for this app
Website and marketing and even the box my loog ukulele came in all mention being able to use the app (ukulele packaging even included QR code to download this app), but this app does NOT support the ukulele.
