Amazing app for little kids who love music

It’s the best

It’s the best. There are fun games and stories!

Tuning works. Nothing else is consistent

The tuning module is good and works. The balloon pop game is so inconsistent as to be useless. We received the guitar as a gift with a plan to buy subscription for lessons but if the game can’t even detect when she’s playing why would we purchase more? Gave one star for tuning.

Tone recognition works only on *some* devices

I haven’t bought the subscription yet, but here’s my experience so far:
On my phone (iPhone 13 mini) for the free balloon pop game: it struggled to recognize when we played the notes and pretty much completely useless as a learning tool.
But then I tried the app on another device (iPad mini 5th gen) and it worked much better. Well enough that I’ll probably try out the paid subscription as well.
I highly recommend testing the app on your device before buying the subscription (or the logo guitar if you want to learn to play it on the app). If you have access to another guitar that’s probably the best way to test it.

Not consistent

I have the same complaint as others. Tried the balloon game and it’s super inconsistent whether the balloon pops or not. It’s extremely frustrating as an adult to not get results and my kids are just confused.

Terrible app.

Good guitar. Terrible app.

I can’t get it to work on iPad

When I try to open the App, it says I have to enable the microphone I’m settings. But there is no option to enable the microphone! Only Siri and Notification settings appear. Also, the app support link on the App Store page does not work. Help! I would love to try the app!

Ukulele is NOT supported!!

We bought our daughter the loog ukulele for Christmas and we were looking forward to trying the app as a fun way to support her learning to play (my husband plays so he will mainly be teaching her) BUT I downloaded the app and the ukulele is not even an option. I don’t understand how this feature is so highly advertised or why I have received multiple emails encouraging me to download the app when it does not even apply to the product I purchased.

We are so happy with the ukulele - it’s perfect for tiny hands and such a nice design (and the strap we also purchased for it), but we are so disappointed that the app does not support the ukulele. Please loog, this could be such a great learning tool! Please add the ukulele!

*I cannot review the actual app/games bc I can’t even log in unless I choose the wrong instrument :(

Where is the 4-string tutorial?

I bought the 4-string uke. The code for the app brought me here. The only options in the app are for a 3-string or 6-string instrument. Needs to deliver what the advertising claims.

Doesn’t work with Loog ukulele

App does not work with Loog’s ukulele despite product page touting the app as a learning resource.
