Works like a charm!

The negative reviews for the app come from people not reading the setup emails. The app worked great to walk me through unpacking and setting up the machine and doing my first manicure. It was super helpful and the paint job turned out better than I expected, honestly.

App does not work for sign in

Like the other reviewers, I waited years for this to come and I can’t even use it yet! There is no way to create an account on app nor on their website which is odd. I found the activation email that another reviewer suggested to use, but for me it just gave an error message when I clicked the link. It seems like such a HUGE flaw that you can’t use device unless you have the app but the app doesn’t even work! So far am disappointed but hopefully customer service is responsive.

Hi! At the moment, the Nimble app is only for customers who have received a device. If you have your device, we emailed you a personal link to set up your account on the same day that your Nimble was shipped out. Look for an email with the subject line “Nimble Beauty Account Activation” (check spam too!) and follow the instructions. If you’ve received your Nimble over a month ago, please email hello@nimblebeauty.com for a new account invite as they do expire.

I was a Kickstarter backer and was sent an email on April 4th, 2024, called “Nimble Beauty Account Activation”. Within that email, there is a button you can click to create a password. Just be aware that they don’t give you password suggestions, so it might take a few tries before you create a password that works. But after you have your password, you can go back to the app, enter the email address that they sent the above mentioned email to and your new password, and you’re good to go.

Unable to create an account

Upon opening app, the only option is to sign in, no option to create account .

Unable to access the app

Major fail on the product team. No option to set up an account on the website or app- but you need an account to set up the device. 🫤

App does not work

I downloaded the app and it is stuck on a sign in screen. There is no way to create an account, no other screens available. I deleted it and reinstalled, still no luck. This is a bummer! I’m sure this glitch will be fixed but still…

Can not get in

App requires you to have a Nimble account and yet there is no way to sign up—on the app or on their website. So excited to receive the machine, but then it tells you to go to the app for instructions on setting up and using. So I go to the app and it tells me to sign-in. So I got to the website and under account is a sign in or password recovery option, but zero options for actually signing up for an account. So I am stuck with no option for actually using my device. I am pretty sure if you are requiring an app with a sign-in for using your device, that you should probably have an option for creating an account. Waited a long time to get my device… guess I will keep waiting to use it.
