Hi! At the moment, the Nimble app is only for customers who have received a device. If you have your device, we emailed you a personal link to set up your account on the same day that your Nimble was shipped out. Look for an email with the subject line “Nimble Beauty Account Activation” (check spam too!) and follow the instructions. If you’ve received your Nimble over a month ago, please email hello@nimblebeauty.com for a new account invite as they do expire.
