Good game BUT

It's a good game but the event is ridiculously worst. You spend too many power ups just to finish a level and just to get cheap rewards LOL I'm not gonna pay that. The other extra power ups costs like 50 gems per level LOL 👎🏻

Good but not for long

The game is fun. However, it is a money grab. The game is not what it is advertised to be after a while. There’s not more nursing patients back to health by performing small cosmetic procedures like advertised. Even with upgrades and level advancements that doesn’t come back. The game just about forces you to invest real money into it to continue to advance. There are little nuances that prevent you from moving to the next level and worlds. I used to be able to use 50 diamonds to continue the level. Now, it randomly required 100 diamonds and the previous board I completed literally a few minutes prior only required 50. That was an awful shock and surprise when I immediately clicked it to complete the board. The reviews I read before I downloaded the game several month ago are totally accurate. Despite the developer replying to every comment, the game is fun but it doesn’t last and becomes extremely frustrating. It is definitely a money grab but it is fun for a good while before it turns on you

Tooooo hard

Stupid game. Started off really enjoyable but way too hard - literally can’t earn enough money to keep up with the upgrades you need to win a level. Clearly trying to get you to spend your actual money. And before the developers reply saying it is possible to complete each level without spending money - yes I know, but you have to play a level for weeks earning 30 coins a time to slowly build yourself up to over a 1000 coins they you need to do just 1 upgrade so you can win the level and bank your full amount of coins!
What I will say is that it’s addictive and I keep going back, which is probably why I’m so annoyed with it ! 2 stars because it’s really fun, lost 3 because the difficulty level is insane. Such a shame.

Annonce fausse et dépenses

Le jeux est divertissant et le fun malgré que ce n’est pas du tout comme la publicité. J’ai vraiment embarqué dans le jeux, parfait pour se changer les idées! Mais plus le jeux avance, plus il faut dépenser pour réussir! C’est faux que l’on puisse réussir sans payer les extras. Dépenser un peu, je comprends que le créateur a besoin de faire des sous en même temps que l’on aient des choses de plus et continuer de s’amuser J’ai testé jusqu’où il faut aller pour réussir. Je peux admettre que je suis assez bonne à ce genre de game mais malgré tout, rendu à New-York, seatel et washington c’est to much. J’ai du booster toutes les options (machines au max, revenus de tout au max, tous les docteurs jusqu’au niveaux 18 quand la game va jusqu’à 12, plus toutes les options pour faire patienter, j’ai acheté le médecin généraliste à 39.99$cad) Malgré tout ceci j’ai du essayé les niveaux de 50 à 60 des centaines de fois et utiliser les pauses et rapiditer en options pour y arriver. Malheureusement, ils m’auraient garder si j’avais pu évoluer dans le jeux mais chaque niveaux est de pire en pire Les concepteurs disent que c’est possible sans dépenser , j’ai fait le test et c’est faux Plusieurs dépenses plus tard, ça suffit

Fun game but…

So for starters the whole removing pimples etc that is advertised is gross and not really a huge part of the game.
The actual gameplay is more like hospitality management games (diner dash etc), which is fun. The issue is that you can’t replay levels and can only do an endless mode after completing all levels in an area and this mode gives you almost no money. The levels do not give enough coins by themselves to upgrade the required equipment (ie completing a level gives 400 coins, but the lowest upgrade is 600 coins).
Suggestions for improvement would be letting us replay levels to get full stars and be able to build our coins up to actually afford upgrades without using real money.
For endless mode, don’t make it end if you lose a patient this makes it almost impossible to win and the game very frustrating.
I will be deleting for now as I can see this game will only be a money sink if i actually want to finish it.

Fun but hard to get upgrades without paying money

This game is fun through the first map but when you open up the next map… you do not get enough coins after completing each level, when you need upgrades to advance further into the game. There’s so many upgrades to get but they’re overly expensive, you can’t get them so you should only download if you’re willing to spend money.

If I can suggest an improvement it would be an increase in coins after the completion of a level.

Too hard

Levels are just too hard, to make the levels completable you need to buy stuff with coins but to save up enough coins is literally impossible. Either make levels easier or the things you buy with coins cheaper
