It’s could be more fun
I recently downloaded and completed the first hospital, however, in endless mode it only keeps increasing patients you need to serve without the coins…it needs a variety of goals. You only receive about 10% of coins you got when trying to complete the hotel, however, it cost the same amount of coins to upgrade. I would not have spent the money to upgrade if I knew there was no reason to upgrade and not worth playing that hotel anymore. Also, if you fail a round it gives you very few coins, I have already spent real money to upgrade and I’m getting back little on the return at this pace I can not forward without actually spending more money.

Great game but Please please fix some things
Second- please add a feature where we can change the avatar to be more inclusive? Like I understand buying the outfits but can we “freely” change our avatars basic features- like skin color, eye color and hair color and length. Maybe even add a body size option? The avatar is stuck on skinny , blonde and white.
Third- the game is very expensive and gets very difficult. We can double the coins when we lose but not when we win? The upgrades are extremely expensive! If you won’t add more coins on the wins at the very least allow us the option to watch the add and double the win.

Great game but…..
As I said, it’s a great game but it’s a bit stressful and frustrating. I get that games should be challenging but not to the point where it’s virtually impossible.
