doesn't even deserve a whole star. can't get past the "please wait icon". taken the money out of my bank but never given me the ticket. hoping for a refund bevause this is a joke

Bought tickets. Account debited but App buffers at Please Wait. Been waiting for well over 30 mins. No proof of purchase/ticket. Poor.
