  • Fun for a bit, but clearly abandoned after Netflix took ownership

There are several balance, performance, and crashing issues plaguing this game. It strikes me as as game that had a track, got killed, then got bought out by Netflix, hastily removed the microtransactions, and put it in autopilot before riding off into the sunset.

A HUGE issue is how unless you put all your eggs in the wildly unbalanced PvP basket, you will taper off on progress. The Arena makes you always fight opponents higher rank than you, unless you’re in the top three, where you can wail on the 4th rank player to your heart’s content for infinite energy and xp scrolls (which become vitally sparse after level 40 or so). This was clearly intended to incentivize purchases for weaker players, which is its own issue, but without even that option, it just kills motivation to even play.

  • Wasted Potential

Tournaments are broken AGAIN and the Arenas cheat! This game has to be constantly updated to fix tournament issues, then they break again after only one round. So annoying, especially since that’s all there is to do once you max your level (which can be done in less than two weeks). The devs really need to do more with this game. There’s so much potential here.

  • Why can’t I play!!!!! 😭😭😭😭

I can’t be the only one that is stuck on 27% loading. I love this game but I can’t even play it 😭😭😭.
  • It won’t load anymore

It just says 27 and won’t load
  • Non-existent customer support

Unfortunately, any requests for support has to go through the general Netflix support network and they don’t have a clue. Latest update is buggy but there’s nothing that can be done, and they won’t link you through to speak to the game developers. This game has been a great example of death by a thousand papercuts.

  • Update has many bugs

I was happy to see an update come through for this game. I had pretty much maxed everything out that I could, so the replay-ability was fading away.

The update brings some new functions. However, I have noticed several glitches in the gameplay. I tried reaching out to Netflix customer support but the person I was chatting with either didn’t understand the issues or was incapable of passing the details on to someone who could fix the issues.

I guess I’ll just have to wait for another update to come…

  • Terrible customer support and tragically bugged

No way to provide game feedback to resolved bugs that literally negates the ability to progress in the latest update and campaign. It’s a timed event so that only makes it worse. When providing chat feedback Netflix directed me to game support which does not exist and the game crashes at least every 20 minutes. I love Lego. My daughter and I wanted to enjoy this game and you all have failed miserably. I’ve paid for a Netflix sub since launch. Everyone is failing here. I design apps for a living and in the interactive industry for 20+ yrs. If I allowed this to happen with a client I would have been fire and lost future biz. Your engineers, UX teams, and biz dev need to step up your game and stop failing. If you even tested this once it would have been obvious. Clearly not. Maybe it’s a result of lethargy. You work for a massive streaming media giant and have access to a world wide beloved brand. Maybe you just stop caring or taking responsibility. When ppl invest time into your experiences and you show a clear sign of not caring it is evident. Something so beloved and you trash the effort. Likely my daughter and I will never play this game again and go back to our PS5 Lego games and building real bricks. I’m friends with the Epic games ppl the brought Lego to Fortnite. Netflix, your UX, your UXR if it even exists, your QA teams and your engineers are absolute rubbish and fail by comparison.

  • Good but one big problem

Even though the game is great, there is one major issue that for iOS you an iPhone 8 or later and have an iPhone 7 and I can play unless I get the stupid update):<
