  • Delightful Game With Tons of Charm!

Runs great on ipad, i love the music and art direction.
  • Great all around

Control scheme was neat, really uses the touchscreen and 2 hands to control 2 people. Environments and art were all nice.

The bosses themselves were continuously fun and willing to play around with the game mechanics. Feels very rhythmic to play.

Writing was also really good, knew when it needed to be serious, cute, or silly. (and did well at all 3)

  • I love it to bits!

This game charmed me instantly! The central mechanic is intuitive, easy to learn, and difficult to master until you get into the rhythm. Every enemy has an ebb and flow that is super fun for me.

The characters are so vivid and lively that they almost mimic those of my friends. The story is simple, and that is good because it’s easy to follow and digest across various short play sessions. I’m never lost about what I’m doing? or why, or with whom, and the motivations of everyone involved are clear. The directness of the story helps the characters and their relationships shine brilliantly as well.

The Undertale-esque graphics help to keep your attention on what’s important, similar to a stage play. The choice was excellent considering the combat can get fairly fast paced.

I adore this game. I am exactly the target demographic, and I want more! If you made it this far, give it a try!

  • “Tough but fair” brilliantly adapted for mobile

BossGame does an amazing job of capturing the feeling of “tough but fair” boss fights on mobile. The battle system is unique and like nothing I’ve played. The controls are extremely well crafted and feel great on the touch screen. The music and story do a great job of pulling together and supporting the experience. Highly recommend!!

  • Great!

Just rolled credits, great game with fun writing and arcade action. Great for pick up and play when I had a spare moment or two. The gameplay is fun and just the right level of challenge, it had me coming back more than a few times even after getting whooped by a new boss. Lots of love and care went into this and it shows!

  • Intuitive and fast gameplay with cute characters and an intriguing story line

While not have finished the game, I can tell the game only gets better as you keep playing. Its gameplay is very easy to understand and gets interestingly complicated which each different fight, making fights not feel samey. I’m personally a big fan of figuring out the exact patterns to deal with enemies and it feels good even when you lose as the game does a good job of throwing you back in with quick menuing. The characters are also adorably cute and adds on to the positives of the game. Really enjoying my time with this game atm !

  • 🏳️‍⚧️🏳️‍🌈👩‍❤️‍💋‍👩

Really fun game, was more challenging than I expected but I appreciated that and there’s settings if you just want the charming characters and compelling story. The fights manage to have a lot of interesting mechanics and keep you engaged even with what seems like very limited controls.
  • A frantic, attack juggling challenge (that's ridiculously gay)

Just played through this and it's rad! Really had me getting into the rhythms of the battles, it was a ton of fun and a good challenge. Has a real nice, fun (and *extremely* gay) story too! Def give it a shot if you're looking for a phone game to test your reflexes
