my redmi 5 pros connect fine, and all the features work well, I wish there were more options for gesture control (there is an option to turn on surround sound, I would like a way to add gestures that turns it on or off, and cycle through the type of audio it’s playing, especially as I want to use these on a windows device).

iPhone can connect to earbud but not the app
I just bought a new pair of redmi 4 pro. They connected to my iPhone 13 mini instantly but the app cannot find the earbud even though I follow the exact instructions of opening the case with both earbud inside and press the button until the led starts to blink. I have tried all afternoon and to no avail. Please fix.

I’m unable to connect to iPad Air or iPhone 12 with or without Xiaomi buds app
Can’t Connect
I also live in NY and this app can’t connect to my Redmi 5 Pro earbuds. I tried disabling and re-enabling Bluetooth, forgetting the device and trying again, I checked my permissions, and I tried manually pairing five times.
Not sure why it doesn’t work, but it’s basically useless. 🙁

Xiaomi app not working
I have redme xiaomi 5 pro. It connects with my phone. But unfortunately it stop working with the xiaomi budds app. There is something wrong with the app. Please resolve this issue. I love xiaomi 5 pro. But the app is terrible. Not connecting at all.
Redmi Earbuds will not connect to App
Show up straight away and connects in Bluetooth devices but will simply not show in the App no matter what I do. Can’t access the extra settings, no noise cancelling etc😡
