I FINALLY got it connected
Had all the issues of not finding the buds in app. I went around asking customer service, they said switching your region in the app to China mainland and restart the app. Worked instantly lol
Can’t connect to Redmo Buds 3 Pro??
Weird, like other complaints this app can’t pair to the Redmi Buds 3 pro which is very odd.
The phone connects and works great, but the app can’t “see” them. Xiaomi please fix this asap and I’ll update my review, as currently after being thrilled this app is finally on iOS, this excitement quickly turned to disappointment that it doesn’t pair with the relatively new earbuds.

How the hollymooly it supports redmi buds 3 and it doesn’t support the 3 Pro version ???
problem
it doesnt have support for redmi buds 4 active, and it makes a lot of problems. basicly my earbuds are useless on iphone. no connection and you cant even see battery % of the case and buds
