Cannot connect
My Redmi Buds 3Pro will connect to my iPhone 13 Pro Max but they will not connect via Bluetooth, with theRedmi app.

Can’t connect to the app
Hi, I have the Genshin impact Klee edition of the Redmi buds 4 pro. I can connect to it using regular bluetooth but can’t connect to the Bluetooth on the app. I would love to use this application. I hope the problem gets fixed soon

Works great! I got Redmi Buds 4 Pro and this app works perfect, I can use all features, just make sure your buds are OEM
Not connecting to app
I purchased Redmi Buds 4 and it’s not letting me connect to the app. It shows up on the Bluetooth and I can connect it to my phone, but when I try to connect it to the app it doesn’t work. Please fix this issue so I can use the features on the app and update my earbuds as well. I hope somebody reads this and updates the app with a fix soon.
