Top reviews

  • Terrible

App don’t work, no image, no real instruction or troubleshooting. Bad
  • Works great!

I don’t understand the negative reviews on this app. It works great for me. I have no problems saving the pictures to my iPad. I am going to have a lot of fun with this.
  • TRASH

Never do I write reviews, but what’s the point of buying an app friendly microscope if the app doesn’t even work?? Installed the app and attempted to connect it to my Wi-Fi and it can’t even accomplish that tiny feat.. Bad bad business.
  • Horrible

Cannot discover or connect to a WLAN network on android or iPhone
  • Cool gadget, garbage app

Wow, I usually don’t write reviews but this app is absolute trash. That is an insult to trash. It requires access to your photos but then makes you use the app to capture and then save to your gallery, Theron lies the problem…every time I save a photo the app then crashes and I have to reopen. Then when I want to delete that phot from the app and have it only in my photo gallery it then crashes again, forcing me to reopen the app. It is so bad it is laughable. Not to mention a lot of the prompts are in Chinese (I think) which is great but I don’t read (or speak) Chinese. My bad.
  • App has issues

I have to delete the app and reload every time I connect. If I could give 0 stars I would. This microscope would be better if it was Bluetooth!
  • Was good but not anymore

I’ve had this for about a month. It was working fine then all of a sudden last week every time I try to obvers it gives me a white screen. If I uninstall a couple times it will finally let me use it once then next time I try to use it back to square one. Might have to return the scope and I really like it much more than last scope I had
  • If I could give ZERO stars I would.

This app will NOT work ever since I charged my microscope. The wifi connects fine but the app will NOT display any image from the microscope after 20 freaking minutes of sitting here doing EVERYTHING I possibly can to make it work.
