Poor support
I used the original free version which I find it to be very good. When the new version came up, I bought it and I couldn’t import any of the hundreds of records I had in the free version cause it doesn’t work anymore. Also the sorting function in the paid version is limited. I consider my $10 wasted as the paid version is useless to me

It should not be like this at all. Both free and paid editions should be able to upgrade older versions’ backup and exports, and the new version has sorting expanded and improved, not limited.
