Crashes necessary to continue play

I wrote to the company over a month ago to tell them of an issue that was constantly happening. To get multipliers, you have to watch videos. All well and good IF the video works! I watch the video, but with 11 seconds remaining, the game freezes and I have to force close the game Of course I come back to have this to repeat. I stopped playing for a few weeks in hopes it would be fixed when I returned. Just tried to play and the very first video I watched, stopped with 11 seconds remaining.

The worst customer service I’ve ever seen in a game. And the worst game at fixing issues.

Great game

I’ve enjoyed playing this game, unfortunately I’ve completed all levels available so am waiting on the release of new ones.

It’s just too boring to bother

There’s just not enough to do in this game honestly.
I’m so sick of the ‘obtain a combined Manager level of some ridiculous amount’ you don’t earn enough lightbulbs in the business mode to clear these quests and there’s far too many with the amount being way above reasonable. Why would I bother with I have to spend ages to clear three of these quests to continue. Waste of my life honesty. Also when the heck is the Easter decor leaving. I’m sick of looking at it.

Advertising Abuse - Everyday Health

Dear Idle Bank Tycoon app designers, I am deleting my Idle Bank Tycoon app.

Your App is pushing ‘1 of 2’ ads, at 15 seconds each. Why you don’t just push one 15 second ad? I might be keeping the App on my phone.

Even worse abuse, these full 60 second Ads fishing for patients from Everyday Health. I’m health, and the last thing I need is 69 seconds of dating advice when I don’t have a disease. Your failure to govern yourself with even a modicum of care for my time, has pushed beyond my tolerance.

While you are thinking about how I owe you for using your app for free, realize that I don’t owe you as much as you are taking, and you have burnt out my free will once and for all.

I’m not coming back. I won’t be downloading and playing any Idle Games again. Good bye.
Before I am done with you, I will be sharing the same advice with Apple, regarding their rules for ads on Apps downloaded from their App Store. This nonsense of Close / Click X / Close Again / Click X again / wait 5 seconds for another view of an Ad that has no relevance to my choices.

Absurd abuse.

And I will be fighting back with awareness posted and messaging about this post with: the Apple App Store, Social Media, the Stares attorney of Illinois. Next, I will be invoicing Apps for my time after their Ads have exceeded a reasonable number of repetitions. YOU are over selling my time, my patience, and I will be charging you for this.

Great when there are levels added

Great game just painfully slow at adding new levels. It’s been literally months. Still add new updates with more ways to pay them but no more levels so no point in playing.

Super fun but keeps freezing

I watch a lot of ads to speed up my progress in the game but I’ve noticed that the ads will freeze very frequently preventing me from exiting them and collecting the rewards. If you don’t watch ads you won’t have a problem but if you are like me then this can get very frustrating. Fun game otherwise

My fave idle game so far

I’ve tried a bunch of idle games as this is by far my fave. It does get a bit repetitive and I don’t like the audit matching game but it’s nice you can basically skip it. There are a lot of ads that grant you good rewards but you can skip them. It’s very satisfying to see your progress throughout the levels.

New update ruined the fun

The new update requires upgrading managers to levels that take too long, the balancing seems way off … my three goals are all to upgrade managers to a total of like 400 levels. This takes so long between getting the managers and the lightbulbs for upgrades.
