    As an active duty service member and active athlete currently recovering from a shoulder tear I was skeptical of some of the exercises in the hybrid program but not only does this app give you all the articles and video guided assistance but it is also excellent for mobility and promotes extreme wellness. I chose the 6 week program to start and 2 weeks in I’ve started to enjoy the soreness the day after the workouts and begun utilizing the custom graphs and scales the app provides which makes me excited for the next day to input my progress so I can continue to view the upward trend. Extremely happy with the purchase of the app/programs and extremely grateful for the books Ross has written that inspired me to try this app and push my physical limits further and further.

    Fantastic app, easy to use and track workouts. Packed with a ton of info and workout plans that make you get excited to get into the gym again! Although I would advise when doing the Nordic hamstring curls, make sure your squat rack is anchored to the ground. They don’t tickle when they fall on you..
  • Excellent training & performance app

    I’ve really enjoyed using this new fitness app. I’m on my second week and have used both the hybrid and strength programs. I’ve seen working out for 22 years and this is the first program I’ve seen that is rooted in science. Ross and team, well done on the launch of the app! I look forward to the latest developments.
