App is slow

Ridiculously difficult to sing up for app

I haven’t even used the app, but if using it is as difficult as signing up for it, then it won’t be on my phone for very long.

Slow, limited information.

To file a claim make sure you have the time set aside. App is incredibly slow. Information provided is limited at best. Could use improvements being more user friendly.

Hot Water Trash

This app is terrible. It’s basically an app that is just full of links that takes you to other websites. The Highmark website also has outdated lists of who is your network. Half the doctors no longer practice in the area. Also, since Beneficity took over as the administrators of my company’s insurance, I have had THE hardest time getting any of my doctors visits covered. None of my doctors offices can find a working website to send claims to. It sends them in circles. I’ve had SEVERAL claims get denied because the numbers that are given to fax referrals are wrong. They don’t tell you you’re wrong. I found out after getting a $2K bill from physical therapist that was covered Dec 31 but then denied Jan 1. What a hot load of a garbage dump.

App doesn’t work

Every time I go to login it says an unexpected error occurred. I have never actually been able to access the app and have had it for 3 months now

Pennsylvania?!?

This app will not show a Dr. outside of Pennsylvania..
I live in Colorado.

App not working at all

BCBS switched from another app to this one. Went through the whole set up, was able to initially log in and view what little info there is available through the app last week. Today, I attempted to log in via app, it bumps me to a log in via website instead. Password is definitely correct bc it’s in my keychain. Then it forces me to use an emailed verification code EVERY TIME I attempt and Re attempt to log in, annoying. So I have gone through this 4 times in the past few minutes, but app never opens, the little wheel just keeps spinning and spinning. Could this be because I have crosstracking turned off on my phone settings? I’m not into sharing my info with third party websites, so I certainly hope that’s not the reason the app isn’t working. So this app is pretty much useless at the moment since it won’t open and I’m unable to log in. Your developer/software engineers need to squash a lot more bugs I think?
