Game changer (block until)

The feature of blocking unhelpful apps until you have spent a certain amount of time on other spiritual, productivity, and/or helpful apps was a game changer for me. I set it to make me need to spend 10 minutes on a couple of helpful apps first before I could access practically my phone. Great help!

Great app, looks to go all the way.

Great App, love how it tries to actually make it almost impossible for the user to not access an app when they feel they shouldn’t for themselves. A lot of apps just provide too short a wall to jump over. This one actually makes it hard for yourself. What I was looking for.

Would honestly love if the password protect was only ever acquirable by someone else, no way-around with “I forgot my password” and an email unlock safety.

This doesn’t work anymore

I updated my IPhone and now the app is not working. Before it was working fine. I already paid for the year.

Was great on another platform but destroyed the app on iOS

Was great on my android but they nickel and dime you on here while removing some of the features that kept me off the phone. Will not be using this again and will be looking for a different app.

Hello Android and iOS are different operating systems. We are limited by the underlying OS restrictions and provided the features that were possible on iOS. You can always reach out to us on ava@innoxapps.com

Buggy

Hello,
1. Occasionally i’m able to enter the app even without passcode.
2. Occasionally i’m able to enter blocked app outside of allowed hours.

There is no obvious patter, so i can’t give more specific info.

For paid version of the app I would expect that minimum of promised functionalities actually works.

OS: iOS 17.5
Latest version of app.

Workaround to make it work

If you select entire app categories like games, it doesn’t block anything but if you manually select all but one app in a category, it works. It’s quite tedious but I finally got the app to do what it says it will.

I contacted support a month ago and did not receive any answer until I contacted them again. I’ve sent them the logs. Hopefully they can fix this bug by next update.

Great App and Customer Service

This has been the only app (after trying several other ones) that has helped me significantly cut down on my time on my phone. I love that you can limit your time on multiple apps and set it up so you cannot override it. I had an issue when I downloaded iOS 17.4.1 and Ava helped me fix it. Excellent customer service!

Not Working on IOS 17.4.1

I love this app and am crushed that since my phone updated to IOS 17.4.1 it has stopped working. Worse is that I’ve submitted multiple ‘contact us’ forms for assistance with no response. Apple staff suggested I uninstall and reinstall the app. I had paid for a yearly subscription (because it worked so well) - and was asked to PAY AGAIN when I reinstalled on the same phone with the same Apple ID 😔……and it still doesn’t work after reinstalling.

I’m hoping that the company reads this review and will reach out with fixes for these issues
