This app is incredibly user friendly and has quality videos. Most importantly though, its content is unmatched. Marion’s on demand library is my favorite workout video repository ever - it combines a killer workout on the bike with inspirational coaching, or a wide-range of yoga flows (sweaty to chill) with thought-provoking wisdom mixed it. The energy transmitted through the screen is insane. Live classes are unmatched and all participants are given personalized attention and verbal modifications. Consistent students get rewarded with fantastic fitness gains, and the confidence to step outside one’s comfort zone, to do hard things, all while relying on a virtual team of cheerleaders - this is felt even if doing classes on-demand. Could not recommend allez any more highly.
