Always Updating
I love the ETP program but the app is a glitchy mess. My biggest issue is EVERY SINGLE TIME I open it I have to wait a few minutes (if I’m lucky) before I can journal because the app is ALWAYS updating. I can open it, update my weight or steps (after waiting for the app to update), close the app and then go back in 5 minutes later and the app has to update for who knows how long. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled with no change. It is frustrating enough I don’t even use the app a majority of the time… and this is how we are supposed to communicate with our coaches.

Bring back the old version
At least when I manually typed in numbers which SHOULD sync, the app took them. Now I spend five frustrating minutes and they get wiped out anyway. Unbelievably frustrating for over a year now. This is critical to my coaching. Some compensation or recognition should surely have been provided. No reply from support when I messaged them either. I’d like to give a rating of -5!!!!!!!!

Great service and app is coming along
The programming is great with a wonderfully positive community of coaches and clients. The new app gets better all the time. It has had its struggles but the updates have been very positive.
Getting better all the time
It’s a new app to this company so it’s going to go through some growing pains. Many changes have come with some great new features. I only expect that with time, things will be even better.

Took some time to work out the kinks but the app works well now. Syncs as it is suppose to.
Latest update?
What happened with the latest update? For two days now, I can't see my daily macro goals nor my weekly ones. The button has just disappeared. Doesn't anyone QA your software with regression testing? Come on...
Three months since last review - and it’s worse!
ETP, your tech is terrible. This plan cannot be followed and coaches can’t adequately do their jobs without a platform to review and communicate effectively. Multiple requests and suggestions and inquiries to tech support go without any change to the continual issues. It’s been three months now that the dashboard will not update.

AWFUL!!!!
This is a terrible app. I want to quit ETP over the stupid app. It changes macros on other days and does not sync correctly. . . Ever. I thought the old app was pretty bad but this is HORRIBLE!

This app works so much better than the old etp app!! My numbers pull over automatically with a hitch! Love it!!
