App is useless

The app doesn’t sync… ever. I have to get on my laptop to manually input every data point. If the app worked and was even user friendly it would be a game changer. I’m better off writing it all in a notebook.

Program is great but old and new app are trash

The programming is awesome for the macro plans. I believe on it and have had great results. Coaches are supportive and knowledgeable as well. However, the entire plan suffers as a result of the technology being completely subpar. The data syncing is unreliable, the app is not user friendly and I honestly think it is probably even worse for the coaches because it likely degrades the consistency in reporting and communication. I’m a professional software engineer, so believe me when I tell you, that you are absolutely going to have to do better at your tech. Just spend the money to do it right. I fear that not prioritizing the technology in a more significant way, could more than likely lead to this really awesome program failing one day.

Awful!

Second regretful1’s comments.

The program is great but the app is a mess:
- not user friendly,
- missing key tracking metrics (sugar tracking is a key part of the program and it suddenly disappeared)
- requires you to download several other apps to make this one work,
- doesn’t properly sync with MyFitnessPal,
- doesn’t work with FitBit at all,
- and zero customer or tech support (all you can do is email someone, no live person, and even the emails back are largely useless)
