Unable to log into my account
Don’t know what to do, since the new system updated. Unable to login keeps saying invalid password . What is really upsetting is you need Malaysia mobile to make a change what if people like us who live in overseas and don’t have it. Please let me know what to do. Thanks
MyKad scanning feature does not work at all

Please consider fixing the MyKad scanning feature because I tried multiple times with every lighting condition, with glare or no glare and it still says that “picture is not clear”. I’ve deleted and re-downloaded the app 5 times and its still not capturing my card. I am trying to register as a new member.
