Worst App and customer service i have seen
I paid for an advert almost 2 weeks ago and my post and products have not been boosted. I tried contacting the customer service to give complaints but the guy keeps giving me fake programs on how he will check my page and start my ads. Up till now i have not seen any progress. I really regret ever making a deposit to this app to try their ads service. I won’t advice any wan to do ads here. Better you try facebook or instagram.
Plus the customer service won’t help you. They will tell you to wait but at the end is all lies because you will have to message them to complain over and over and over again till you give up.
