[Following SuperUsers in search mode] Before the fix, when you were looking for SuperUser using search mode, you could not use “Follow” button. Now it’s fixed, so you can Follow SU and get updates from them on your Timeline. [Wrong messages order fixed] Before the fix, when multiple messages were sent in a short period of time and the internet connection was unstable, the messages were displayed in Chat conversation in the random order. Now it’s fixed, so messages will be sorted properly and chronologically. [Login page simplified] We got rid of no longer used and no longer working feature to log in to KingsChat via Facebook.

[Unblocking in the Chat] You can now Unblock someone directly in the conversation view using "Unblock" button and enjoy talking to them again. [Preview of the replied long message] Before the fix, when you tapped to reply to a long message, you couldn’t see its content while writing your response. Now it’s fixed, so you can see a preview of the message you reply to before sending the reply.

[Adding text to a Story] You can now add written text when creating a Story. Thanks to this you can share your thoughts and let your friends know what you are up to. [Replying to long messages fixed] Before the fix, when you replied to a long message and tapped Send, your reply was not visible on the screen making it impossible to check it. Now it’s fixed, so you can see your entire response under the replied long message.

[Reactions to messages] You can now react to messages in every Chat conversation. Thanks to this, you can reduce spam on the group chats, as people can provide you their answer using 6 different emojis available: heart, joy, like, pray, open mouth and party popper, to express their feelings more accurately. [More user-friendly message actions] You can now find message actions like Reply, Forward, Pin, Star, Copy and Retract in newly designed bottom sheet, making the tap area enlarged and easier to access all actions. [Copying and pasting improvements] Before the fix, when you copied and tried to paste the message, the keyboard area remained blank. Now it’s fixed, so you can now copy a message and open keyboard without any issues.

[Muting chats] You can now mute any chat conversation and stop receiving notifications from the selected group or a person. Simply swipe on the selected chat, select Mute option and choose for how long the conversation should be muted. This will help you use KingsChat more effectively and manage number of push notifications to make them even more relevant.

[Detecting notifications disabled in the system] Ever wondered why the push notifications do not work even if they are turned on in the app settings? No more confusion! KingsChat is now detecting if you have push notifications disabled in the device (iPhone) settings. When pushes are disabled and you visit Notifications screen in KingsChat app, you can now see the prompt along with the possibility to turn notifications back on by simply clicking blue Go to settings button and switching notifications ON in the system.

[Replying to the message in the push notification] You can now reply to a message straight from push notification. When you’re in a rush and don’t have time to open KingsChat app, simply tap “reply” on the push notification, type your response and send it. [In-app sounds management available] You can now manage the activation of in-app sounds, being able to turn them on or off, whenever you want. In-app sounds include signals such as sound of sent message, etc. and can be managed in Notifications view in profile settings. [Story notification redirects to the specific story] You can now go to your friend's exact Story directly from the push notification. Previously, when you clicked “Your friend added new story” push notification, you were redirected to the beginning of all Stories added by the friend. Now it’s improved and you will be redirected straight to the specific Story that is meant for the push notification. [Supported iOS version bumped to 15.8] In order to keep our ecosystem updated and supported by Apple, we bumped the supported iOS version to 15.8.

[No additional confirmation while deleting a message] You can now delete messages faster as there is no “Are you sure you want to retract this message?” confirmation question anymore. The confirmation would not appear only if you are the author of the message that is to be retracted. In case you want to delete someone else’s message in a group chat, you will still see the “Are you sure…?” question. [Timeline and SuperUser notifications improvements] Previously, when you tapped any Timeline push notification, you were redirected to the app in general. Now it’s improved and you will be redirected straight to the specific post that you’re interested in. [Password set and change fixed] [Managing admins as SuperUser fixed] [“Fit” option for Stories doesn't crash app anymore]

[Crash-free group Chats] Before the fix, when hundreds of new messages were sent in a group chat in a short period of time, KingsChat iOS app was constantly crashing. Now it is improved, and users should not experience as many crashes, even while being part of a very active group chats.
