Bad news

From the website under my plans the ICCID number clearly had 19 digits (university educated customer here, counted ‘em five times forwards and backwards). NINETEEN digits. Tried entering it in the app location on my phone where a message highlighted in red kept telling me: ICCID NUMBER MUST CONTAIN TWENTY DIGITS so I could go no further. Extremely frustrating.

Terrible service and will not work in US

Super helpful app

Super helpful. Instead of going out of your way to look for a esim in a foreign country and having to swap out your existing sim car this app makes it super convenient to have a digital esim without all the hassle of looking for a physical one. Prices are very reasonable too. Overall 10/10

Real & Tested: Not working in China

I had the 10GB plan for my China trip in May but not working when arrived. Requested refund but painful as well-let’s see how bad they can go.

If you don’t want your trip screwed, avoid them immediately. Don’t be fooled by those fake 5 stars.

Btw, their plan only offers 3/4G network.
