Frequent disconnect
When I try to charge my model y , it frequently disconnects the session/ power automatically .
To resume the charge I have to go through all the process again .

Can’t get my account to work
Signed up. They say I can’t login with the correct email or password? They are correct. I Try to change password, no account exists error. Try to sign up for new account, account already exist error. I’m in an endless loop of this app not working.
Simple and Easy
This app lets you find and easily start charging sessions. They let you save credit cards for easy payment and see the prices of stations as well as which are in use. Really nice and simple interface!
It works but it feels like an iOS 8 app
This is essentially a charger locator app, with the UI for iOS 8. It lacks the most basic functions. You cannot use it for check charge or charger status. You cannot add a payment method. It’s miles behind ChargePoint, EA, and Tesla. There is also an extremely high authorization hold of $50. Which probably means RED E has some issue with credit card processors. This is a fledgling company so I’ll cut some slack but this app should have never been released with this feature set (or lack thereof).

Absolute joke
Crazy prices! Who the **** has a authorization hold for your cc higher than a gas pump???? Forget these clowns. Went and used ChargePoint
Easy as a gas pump
I hate apps in general - this DCFC station app was by far the easiest to use and more importantly I didn’t need to use it as I tapped to pay with a CC. I’ve charged multiple times with app and CC and spend the same if not lees as if I was paying for gas at a gas pump. Simple is better, great job

Red-E seems to very elusive about their charging prices.
The app doesn’t provide any pricing info, nor does the website.
When I was at the station. Even the charging screen wouldn’t show me a price before charging.
I now avoid this network until they fix this.

Can not even fill credit card number
App is bad, can enter credit card info, my iphone keypad cover the half screen, don't have scroll to pull up the screen to see apply button, my iPhone 15 just have bigger font setting, finally not able to charge, i think I need to carry a big screen tablet in able to enter payment information to charge with red e :(

50 Deposit
These Jerks take a 50 Dollar deposit and take their sweet time returning the funds you didn’t use. It’s completely ridiculous these charging Stations Expect someone to pay a 50 dollar deposit every time they need a charge ! I will not be using Red E anymore until they change their Pay requirements.
Charging $50 is crazy
I only used $20.05 and they charged me $50 without sending my money back and you can’t even get in contact with anyone worse app ever invented….. I would give negative stars if I could.
