Downright criminal!
The app does not show a price per kWh anywhere before you charge. The review of the La Veta CO charger made me believe it was free. The charger said refer to app for pricing but it is nowhere to be found. I charged to 90% even when I didn’t need it (a free EA charger was down the road) because it seemed to be free. They wouldn’t reverse the charges.

Very unfriendly interface
Forces a log in every time app is open. Doesn’t store a credit card so it has to be manually entered every time. App disconnects from the network in the middle of a charge. And don’t get me started on how often the chargers themselves have errors and have to reboot. One step away from kicking you in the crotch every time you try to charge your EV.

This app makes it easy to charge on the Red E network.
App Issues
Does not matter how I login or make a new account, when I sign in and use locations, it’s kicks me out to the login screen. Tried everything. Store management know nothing about it.
