Bad experience
2 trades in and UPS “lost” a pair of sneakers on the way to me. Customer service has not been helpful. I get that things happen but finding a resolution should not be on the consumer. As an app trying to gain market share, one would think they would have top notch customer service. Surprise, they don’t!Unbreakabill

So much better than TradeBlock
The fees and community on RTRO is so much better than TradeBlock. The interface as a whole is a lot simpler and easier to navigate than TradeBlock. I wish I found this app sooner.Yasian_
