So happy with this bank

Very glad to not be entrusting my money to a role institution. Very nice customer service and easy website.

Exceptional!

This bank has great service and even better customer service!

Buggy and not well supported

So far, the "shifting money around" features have been trouble-free... but I have never, since day one, been able to download a statement from this bank (it complains of a "browser" problem, even in the app). Additionally, it keeps notifying me that I need to update it and delete a companion app, when the companion app is long gone and this app is up to date with the App Store version. The bank is unresponsive to these issues when reported.

Class acts!!

Do you ever ask yourself "why, oh WHY do I keep putting up with these institutions that do nothing but rob me blind and how do they get away with it?!?" Well that used to be me but ever since I've been using Old Glory, I am pleasantly surprised time and time again. When I see all the features this bank has for their customers I look forward to using my Old Glory debit card and to the day I can cut my Chase card in half!! I just switched my direct deposit from Chase to Old Glory Bank!!
Thank you Old Glory for all your doing to help Americans and our beloved Veterans!

If you want woke, go elsewhere. But if you want to take a stand again misery causing leftism join Old Gory Bank.

Consolidate your apps!

Look, I want to open an account with you. Really! But I have two main issues before I do.

1. You advertise yourself as using cutting edge tech, yet you have THREE separate apps: banking, cards, and pay. Why?? Look at Capital One’s app as an example of a high-tech, smooth, excellent interface that combines everything into one seamless app.
2. Get Zelle! It’s must-use tech for a modern bank, and many (including myself) will not use a checking account without it.

Fix these issues and you’ll start to get more of the younger crowd looking to get awake from woke banks.

Thank you for your feedback, I will take it back to our team. Please note that Zelle is owned by the largest banks in the country and part of our commitment is to the privacy, security, and liberty of our customers. That is why we have Old Glory Pay as a stand-alone separate payment app. The card manager app will be integrated in the next 30 days so that is on its way soon!

Old Glory 🇺🇸

I had a really long review going and I got out of the App Store for a bit and it erased everything. In short, the rating stands for now, and is subject to go either up or down.. my guess, it could only go up, God willing. I understand it will take time to build and create an innovative app from the right side of life. So, here’s a couple of ideas that come from other banks:

Ally bank has the “buckets” feature that can concentrate savings like a virtual piggy bank for a variety of purposes. I think something like that would be useful in Old Glory’s budget feature.

Chase Rewards. Chase Rewards you for spending, and gives you points for giving them more money 💰 in their pocket thanks to their credit cards… let’s flip that around and reward with a points feature for Old Glory members that reach their financial goals in savings. It don’t have to be much, but enough to create a change in spending habits, and help your members get to their American Dream.

Last but not least, investments. Pretty soon the app and conservative marketplace PublicSq is going to go public and into the New York Stock Exchange.. boy, is that exciting for conservatives! I do not want to miss out on the opportunity of investing in a company that holds to the same values that I have and that you have. Partner with PublicSq, if possible, to help growth, but definitely we need to invest! 🇺🇸🙏🏻🥳

Thank you for this great feedback. We do have a similar feature to "buckets" coming soon which will be called Goals. Credit cards will be out by the end of summer and will have rewards built in. We are currently privately held and not issuing any stock but you never know what the future may bring. Thanks for your support of Old Glory Bank.

Love this app and Bank

I will / I am in the process of making this bank the main location for all my monies!!!
Thank you!!!

OLD GLORY BANK

I was truly excited about what I had read and heard of this bank. So I opened a new account, downloaded the app, and even set my online acct up so I could fund it. But, less than twenty four hours after doing so, access online to my acct was temporarily disabled. During the course of almost three weeks, was told repeatedly by customer service associates that the tech folks would fix it . Id receive a call and email. After the third week, I called again to be told by associate that they were told by superior to hang up call immediately with me . So no thanks old glory Bank., I don’t feel the need to be devalued and disrespected like that by anyone

Hello, it does sound like you experienced our fraud protocol for fraudulent accounts. We have a process to review accounts for reconsideration available by reaching out at oldglorybank.com/customerservice.

Absolutely stellar!

Even though this is a brand-new bank, it already has a superior UX when compared to other online banks, like Axos. Obviously, I love the values this bank pushes, no need to further elaborate on this. That being said, I do think the UX has a lot of room for improvement if the bank wishes to be on par with the likes of Wealthfront or SoFi. Both of which are some of the smoothest in the online banking game. I would also like to see the “card manager” app consolidated into the Old Glory Bank app. It is completely unnecessary to have a totally separate app just for managing a debit card, also it wastes phone storage space. I hope to see brokerage services added to the in-app ecosystem in the future so that I can trade stocks via Old Glory, a feature Wealthfront/SoFi already offer. Since this is turning into an ‘advisory-wishlist’, it would be great to see Old Glory add a HYSA option rather than the stereotypical low-yield savings account that no one cares for...

P.S. Maybe consider revamping your logo/app icon to something sleeker. And, update your website so it has a more fluid advanced feel, look to Wealthfront, CashApp, Robinhood, Vero, SoFi, etc for inspiration.

Can't wait to see what is in store for this glorious company!
