    سئي للاسف خدمة العملاء يصرفون. الطلب يجيك قديم وبايت. الطلب غير المعروض في الصوره. لا انصح به ضحك على الزبون
  • Poor customer service

    I recently tried a new food delivery platform called Keeta after seeing their ads on Facebook and Instagram. I ordered a minced pork omelette from Kin Kao, a favorite Thai restaurant I've visited many times. Instead of the omelette, I received a pork knuckle. When I contacted Keeta's customer service, they insisted that the minced pork omelette was the same as the pork knuckle. They claimed there was nothing they could do. I shared a picture of what a minced pork omelette looks like from Kin Kao alongside the pork knuckle, but all I received was an apology. In my experience with Deliveroo, I would typically receive a full refund for such issues. It seems Keeta's translation app is not reliable. I recommend avoiding Keeta.

  • Okay but navigation and discounts are misleading

    Discounts have lots of conditions and other details.

    Okay app and better than most. But still average API.
  • Worst Food delivery service ever

    To have your delivery delivered in wrong location is annoying. To have the same horrible experience over and over with zero attitude to provide any constructive improvement is pathetic. Save your time and energy somewhere else. This is type A useless service.
  • No customer service at all

    Don’t bother with this app. It’s junky and if you order food that’s low quality, you won’t get your money back.
  • No compensation for extremely late order

    I have been using KeeTa for quite a while now. It has been a good choice for me for its good deals and fast delivery. But today I ordered a meal and it took almost 2 hours to arrive. I was really hungry at that time and I tried to ask the delivery man to be faster but no response. Eventually I went to buy some food myself and asked for a cancelation of the order. However the customer service will not allow me to do so and claim that the delivery man is picking the order up and on the way. I waited another 20mins for the order to finally. Now I ask any compensation to my order since I waited so long and they would not allow me to cancel. I got just 10 hkd compared to my 200 hkd order… this is really disappointing as I have been suffering from hunger for about 2 hours and the platform just cannot give me a better solution, I cannot cancel myself for such long delay and I got barely no compensation in the end. I will no longer use this app for food delivery (I recommend anyone who sees this do as well) unless they have better solutions come out for such situations

  • Horrible customer service

    Here is a fact - Keeta CS doesn’t respond to messages and keep closing your tickets without providing any resolution! Choose other options instead.
  • Service’s efficient

    After a month very happy with the service. From order to arrival all are in punctual as told. The only concern is the caterer that KeeTa have been choosing. Hope it’s filter out those not met the standard per my recent experience on a dessert shop in Pak Tin. That’s shouldn’t be included to avoid ruin your reputation!!
