Hi Shaun, Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused. There were a handful of days last month where a third party app prevented new users from installing Xcaddie. Thankfully we were able to resolve this relatively quickly but do appreciate it was frustrating for golfers at the time. We hope you are now enjoying the app again and are able to access your account balance and lesson booking. If you have any further queries please do reach out via support@xpos.co.uk. We are pleased to say this was resolved quickly but do appreciate that some golfers were inconvenienced in the meantime.
