In order to access our training programme, you will need to purchase a subscription. If you want to try the app out, you can use it to measure your Last Perfect Rep (LPR) for Squat, Bench and Deadlift. If you create an account, you will be able to view your progress as you get stronger.

Great program, appalling functionality

The program is great, I can feel progress after a few weeks.
The app lacks any kind of functionality. Progress graphs are incorrect, workouts are repeated. Impossible to navigate from one page to another without loosing current program.
