If you want to fix your sleep, this app is for you! I really like this app. First, I enjoyed the course—it’s helped me improve both my sleep schedule and my sleep quality and I’m only halfway through it so far. I also appreciate the analysis tools. The sleep diagrams allow me to reflect on my sleep quality, and the circadian rhythm diagram helps me schedule my day more productively. Looking forward to the morning course to help establish a morning routine as well.Excellent app for improving sleep

I’ve struggled with insomnia for what feels like forever, spending hours trying to fall asleep or just not sleeping much at all. I’ve tried a bunch of different things, including other apps, but nothing really worked. Then I came across this app, and it’s honestly been a lifesaver. It’s shown me some great tips and helped me build a better sleep routine. The advice is based on science, but it’s also really easy to follow. Now, I usually fall asleep within ten minutes, and I don’t wake up in the middle of the night anymore.
