Fix camera permissions already!!
I don’t want to give full access to my photos! Why can’t this be like other apps and just let me pick the photos I want this app to have access to?? This screams privacy issues.
Other than that the app seems to work fine for printing labels and I don’t have issues connecting or printing and seems to have a decent set of features. Will update my rating if the above complaint is resolved.Show lessPreviousBBUser
Untrusty application demand unfettered access to photos
Fundamentals of the applications are fine, but forces user to provide full access to photo roll to allow any image printing. This is against section 5.1.1 (data collection and storage) and needs to be fixed. 1 star for being a bad actor and this dark pattern that exploits users’ (meta) data.EricS75

Works as described
I was able to pair the app with my new printer and print my first 4x6 shipping label in under 5 minutes. I’m not sure what all the bad reviews are referring to… maybe there has been an app update since those reviews? Anyways, works just fine. App interface is easy to use.Crcbzness
Unable to use with iPad
I have been unable to use this on my iPad because when I open the app the whole page does not show and I cannot see below the terms and privacy part to accept and start using the app. It is not sized correctly to be able to see the whole page on the iPad. Also, on my iPhone, I cannot see all of the settings because of the sizing of the page. I cannot choose dithering because it is to the right side off of the page where it cannot be seen. Labels don’t scan at Post office
My labels look perfect when printed then at post office they are not able to be scanned. The workers have to type the tracking in manually it is so inconvenient for everyone. Please fix this issuebgfdtyhnvg
New update
The new update is horrible initially all labels would print black with white lettering making it impossible to print shipping labels. I finally figured out how to fix that issue by finding in the settings where I could inverse the colors. However I can’t use the label designer and print because every time I do the printer only prints a quarter of the label and leaves the rest blank. I have no issue using my computer designing on Canva and then print pdf’s however this adds so many extra steps and makes the process take much more inconvenient.Show lessFayded Grace
Stop updating when it’s working fine!
When I bought this printer, app worked flawlessly. Then every time they updated app, I had more and more issues. Inverted color printing, barcode lines too dark/not reading properly, can’t manually crop labels anymore, had to manually lower darkness levels to get barcodes to read properly, then finally had to put it in dither mode for bar codes to read. This app has a lot more functionality than I had originally thought. Few bugs here and there, but this dev seems to be pushing out updates fairly frequently so I’m sure they’ll get fixed.
Can you please fix adding images? I don’t want need it to have full access to my library, only the photos I select, and it doesn’t seem let me do that. Also the policy needs to be in English and I don’t see anywhere to agree to it so I can’t create an account either.Show less
