  • There is no erasers if you make mistakes!

I just bought the app and I was so excited about it but I noticed that there is no eraser if you make mistake you can’t fix it. black color also is the only option for writing. I tried to contact the costumer service but there is no one! Basically I throw my money away. Do not buy it!

Sorry for the confusion! As a new feature, you can "hide" buttons to avoid distraction from the toolbar. The color picker and undo/redo arrows are turned off by default but it's easy to turn it back on in the setting under “hidden icons.” This short video explains. https://youtu.be/JN0Hh7RwZCs?feature=shared And feel free to write to us anytime at support@snaptypeapp.com - we’re always auction to respond, but apologies if we somehow missed your email.
  • School Psychologist Approved!

Amazing app! I conduct psychoeducational evaluations in the clinical setting & always recommend this app to my students with unique learning needs (e.g., dysgraphia and dyslexia). The app fosters independence for students by transforming homework & worksheets into manageable tasks. It completely eliminates the handwriting aspect of completing worksheets by simply having the student take a picture of the worksheet and then type or use speech-to-text to produce their responses. The student can then easily share the document to numerous platforms (e.g., email, Dropbox, google drive, etc.). In addition, the text-to-speech feature reads aloud any part of the uploaded text to the student, so the student does not need to wait for an adult to read text or worksheets for them. Hallelujah - Student Independence!

  • Bring back undo/redo option for drawing tool.

This most recent update took away the valuable undo/redo tool to correct mistakes with the drawing element. It also limits the ink choice color to only black which does not help with worksheets that require coloring.

  • One of a kind

We have used Snaptype Pro1 for our 7yo old son who has fine motor skill delays for a school year. It’s been great. It is the only tool of its kind (that I could find) and it allows our son and his teacher to quickly upload pictures of his worksheets and then work with them on his iPad. It has been a real game changer for him.

SnapType Pro 2 is wildly helpful to Special Education teachers. From simplifies assignments to provides personalized support, it has been an incredible addition to our program. We find in particular the accessibility features, like text-to-speech and zooming, to be of benefit to our students with visual challenges. This app empowers our students and creates an inclusive learning environment. Highly recommended for special education classrooms!

  • Miracle app

My oldest daughter was recently diagnosed with dysgraphia. It’s very difficult for her to correctly spell words - making doing worksheets very unpleasant. SnapType helps her to do worksheets using predictive text on her iPad, and also use speech to text. Her eyes literally grew two sizes as she saw her words being spelled correctly. She kept asking to do more worksheets. Like many kids with dysgraphia she is highly intelligent, just very challenged to write her thoughts or answers down on paper. Seeing her be able to do worksheets, and enjoy them is just incredible. The app is very easy to use. Thank you so much for developing this. My family is so grateful!

  • Snaptype already helping my student!

The engagement level of my student has increased significantly thanks to SnapType. It has also improved his attention to the task and overall written work. The teachers I work with are so excited for this app. This week was amazing, my student stopped me in the hall and told me how much he loves it. How crazy is that?!?! Before SnapType, he was struggling with completing assignments and worksheets in the classroom. It is very user friendly!

  • Game Changer!!!

I’m a school based occupational therapist and I must say that SnapType is an amazing app! For one student in particular, it has really opened up a new possibilities for him. His teachers were amazed when I showed them how he can keep up with his peers. They also love that they can read his worksheet - it was nearly illegible before with his handwriting. And now that SnapType can read his worksheets aloud to him, it’s like he’s a kid on a mission! He loves it and he’s more proud than ever to show off his work. This is such a great tool to support our students who struggle with handwriting- it is a GAME CHANGER!
