Poor programming
Who ever signed off on releasing this app needs to be fired. Fails to show the terms of service and privacy statement. Tried to register an account they request an email address, but try to use it as a phone number. The help site is only in Chinese. Very poor support all around. Lazy programming.Tarjak
Forget it
The camera did not come with a memory card. I was unable to connect to the Internet. The instruction brochure was useless. Too much screwing around. I would return it but I don’t know or remember who I bought it from. It came with a little metal cylinder that had some small tools inside but no indication what the tools were for or how to use them.Show lessEthical neurosurgeon
