I can’t believe I bought this!
I am so embarrassed I bought this piece of junk camera. What a joke. It keeps turning itself off and disconnecting. This is my 3rd attempt at trying to get it to work properly. Yes, I can see an image for a minute and then it turns itself off again! I’m throwing it in the garbage and chalking it up as a learning experience.
As for the memory card slot, pay close attention… the card has to be upside down and hugging the top or else it will fall into the camera. I was able to shake it out because I’m pretty sure it’s hollow inside!

I was trying to get the app when I tried to install it it said purchasers so I trying again nope nothing bad I wasted money on something that don’t work

Who ever signed off on releasing this app needs to be fired. Fails to show the terms of service and privacy statement. Tried to register an account they request an email address, but try to use it as a phone number. The help site is only in Chinese. Very poor support all around. Lazy programming.
Forget it
The camera did not come with a memory card. I was unable to connect to the Internet. The instruction brochure was useless. Too much screwing around. I would return it but I don’t know or remember who I bought it from. It came with a little metal cylinder that had some small tools inside but no indication what the tools were for or how to use them.

This is a scam. Cannot register the jxl pro.

If you don’t have 4G network or modem that will switch to 2.4G you cannot install. Bluetooth does not work. A waste of time and money. I will send back but don’t expect much……
Poor Quality
… difficult set up and battery doesn’t hold charge. I’m trying to figure out how to return them??? I sent an email and no reply after 5 days. NO customer service.

After I got the camera to come on the pictures were very poor quality. Save your money!!!!! Other connection issues!
