Well we are listed under America-not United States or USA. Also, it appears you have to connect first to your private network then to the general network. The camera is working but the picture is poor. I am wondering how long it holds a charge so, I may need to use it where it can be kept plugged in-a bit disappointing. There is no privacy policy or agreement but you have to agree to set up the camera. I have had cameras before but usually they have tech support. I also purchased the panorama somI will do a review when it is set up.

Does Not Connect
I bought 4 Cameras & 4 SIMs cards they will not connect to the app. I purchased these cameras from Pixilens Pro. I paid $158.xx for $1 plastic cameras. They say they have a 30 day full return policy, I called for a return ticket, and was only offered a 50% return, after arguing with them they offered me 75% refund.
Always, Always purchase thru PayPal, thru PayPals resolution center, I sent the return policy, how much I paid with by dilemma, and got a full refund thru PayPal from Margin Holdings.
DO NOT purchase these cameras thru PixiLens Pro, they are cheap, will not connect thru the app, and will not stay charged more than a few days. One of the cameras didn’t even work.

Never connects
I purchased three with three Sim cards and not one of them works. Light blinks ,I have your wifi downloaded to my phone. WiFi opens but never connects. So you all get an F
