A waste
I wasted my money. If I could have known earlier . I could’ve prevented in purchasing this piece of trash😡. I am so disappointed..it won’t connect at all and repeatedly saying to have the right password or have a stable connection.
Terrible
A - 9 camera would not connect. I called customer service and they would only give me a 50% refund. If I went it in there would be restocking fees. I told them that was fine and planned on reporting them to the BBB and then was able to get refunded. I haven’t received my refund yet. If it isn’t here in 14 days I will be reporting them. Disappointed that Clark Howard’s website recommended them .

A sham!
Can’t get it to connect via wifi or Bluetooth. Get a blue blinking lite but it never connects. Don’t wast your money!!!

This lower rating is for my earlier review. This app lets you change the verbal report but not the rating. Ok so the camera worked once then didn’t I tried the second one did not work. The sims card does not work. Apparently there is a security issue with the network they want you to link to so you can set up to your net work. My IT provider won’t let it and there is warnings all over the place. Caution warrented

Piece of garbage
Won’t pair with camera. Total waste of money
Disappointed
Struggling to set up. The downloadable app will not accept any form of payment so I am unable to watch any cloud message. In addition to that the memory card did not fit the slot. Kept getting a notice that the card was not found so while trying to get the memory card to sit properly it fell into the camera. There is no way to get it out, no way to watch any recordings. We can see ourselves in the camera but the point was to be able to see who is in the room when we are not there. Unfortunately I bought this off from Facebook best gadgets for 2024 list so not exactly sure where to return it to my money back. Guess I won’t be using that again and or this camera. Deleting the program.

What a waste!
Downloaded the app but the Privacy Policy and Service Agreement would not load. Wanted to read them before I agreed in order to create my account. Without these the app is not ready for consumer use and violates the law. Tried to follow the instructions to link the camera with my Bluetooth. I got the flashing blue light but did not connect. Turned off camera to restart pairing, but this time it wouldn't turn on. Tried to recharge the camera but the charging USB cable did not fit the hole on the camera. Very disappointed, will return and request a refund!!!

A 9 Smart Camera
I really can’t in all good conscious even give this product 1 star. Have charged the product, and attempted to follow, the poorly written instructions. Save your money, and buy a higher quality product. This camera sounded to good to be true, and it was.
