  • Newbie to Weightlifting

    I purchased the Diastasis Recti Core Guide a couple of years ago and I love that I can now access it so much easier through the app! Easy access makes me so much more motivated to work out.
    I finally took the plunge and purchased access to the rest of the app with the free trial. I love that workouts are 30 minutes and that each video clearly illustrates the move I am supposed to complete. I am always worried about injuring my body since I am clueless about proper technique but Andrea does a wonderful job of showing each step. I also love that the programs build from a beginner to more advanced so that as my abilities grow I will be challenged and continue to strengthen my body. It is very user friendly and uplifting with positive quotes and wins.

  • Nothing short of amazing!

    I downloaded this app over 5 weeks ago and all I can say is, WOW! It offers simple yet effective workouts, with minimal equipment needed. It offers several different programs. You can choose to do a full program that helps guide you through working all your muscle groups throughout the week, or you can select individual workouts from all of the programs in a more create-your-own style. I have been doing the Strength and Sculpt program and the workouts are really great. I have significant muscle gains since starting the program which have been supporting me along in my fitness journey. I am able to complete the majority of the workouts in 30 minutes or less, which is perfect as a working mom with small children.

  • Great Overall App

    This app has changed my life! If you get the app and combine it with the nutrition coaching you won’t be disappointed. It will take an active effort on your part but the payoff is worth every dollar spent!! I’m just starting my 3rd month and the workouts are challenging yet motivating. The nutrition coaching is making a huge difference in combination with the workouts. It’s seriously life changing and all for the better! Overall I’m feeling fantastic seeing my body firm up and my metabolism increase. I highly recommend following Andrea and her team who truly care about you as a person and want you to be successful on your journey through all of the education offerings.
  • All encompassing

    I was so excited when this app came out. It seemed like it came out at the perfect time in my DR journey. I was following a different program, which was also helpful, but I wanted something a little more intense as those were the kind of workouts I was used to. I also didn’t want to do anything that would make my progress with my DR worse. I think that’s what I love the most about Make Fit Simple… is that I don’t have to think about “Is this something I should be doing.” I also love all the other parts. The information is invaluable. I didn’t realize wearing pants too tight could affect DR! Thank you so much for all your hard work creating this. I am so grateful.
  • This. Fitness. App. Has. Everything!

    I’ve been using this app for several months now and it really has it all! I love that I have at home options that are truly strength based. A lot of other apps have at home workouts, but they are only body weight or for beginners and I love love love that this app is not like that. With the Strength and Sculpt program I have 4-5 workouts every week to look forward to that are utilizing progressive overload and are aimed at the intermediate/advanced level. Even though I am not a beginner and am in decent shape, I have definitely seen results and look more toned, especially my legs (I’m looking at you lateral lunges). The addition of the deep core work has also been great as that was an area I felt like I needed to improve on and Andrea’s cues are so helpful! I’m just starting to get into the recipes and can already attest to the black bean hummus being delicious and I have many other vegetarian options to try out. The resources you have access to are also amazing. Videos to correct your form, videos on your hormones, and warm up/cool downs. I feel like I’m barely scratching the surface. I do not know of any other fitness app that has so much for this price and it really has something for everyone. Great job Andrea!!!

    Perfect Fitness App for Busy Moms!

    I've tried several fitness apps over the years, but this one stands out as my absolute favorite. As a busy mom, finding time to focus on my health can be challenging, but this app makes it so much easier. The workout routines are tailored to fit into my hectic schedule, whether I have 10 minutes or 30 minutes to spare. I love the variety of exercises, which keeps things interesting and ensures I'm targeting different muscle groups.

  • I’ve never felt better

    My fitness goal postpartum was to increase strength. I wanted to be able to lift my kids with ease, haul toys, move outdoor play equipment, and do all the things they might need so I didn’t have to rely on someone else when my kids were in need. With this app, not only am I that physically strong mom that I want to be, but I’m happier and more energetic. Starting my day (no matter how early I have to get up to make this happen) with a successful workout feels like I’m starting my day with a win. The workouts are challenging, but I never felt discouraged and felt proud I did it. I look forward to my workout time and finding out what tomorrow’s exercises are. As a solid bonus, physical appearance is better than I ever thought. The recipes are great! I have recommended this app to many friends and family members. I started as a super fan of this Instagram account and then got the app and became even more of a fan!
  • Can’t get enough!

    I’ve followed Andrea for years, was a client for over a year and did her workouts through the first app she used. This is a whole different league! I cannot get enough of this app! The work outs are amazing, keep me motivated, and I see results even more than before! Seriously helpful tutorials, education, and advice from not just Andrea but a wealth of other woman that is so unique. She and her team are constantly improving and adjusting the app and really listening to suggestions for improvements to make the app what the people want. Prompt, kind, and helpful responses when you reach out. All around, I can’t say enough about how worth it this tool is when it comes to getting to or keeping your fitness goals. You won’t regret having this app!
  • The perfect fit!

    I’ve been a runner and into fitness for over 20 years. This app is finally the thing that has me hooked and engaged and I’m seeing the results!! I absolutely love that I can do this from my home, on vacation, anywhere and anytime. I love the format and progression of workouts, the variety!, and the nail on the head for me was the connection with deep core and engagement of pelvic floor. The videos are clear with great cuing. I used to think working on pelvic floor strength was a low priority for where I put my time in to fitness - I chose to run or lift and didn’t focus on my pelvic floor after having kids. I’m now 8 years out from my last kid and with this program I have found that it’s still possible to regain my strength and flatten my lower tummy!! For a fit person, these workouts push me. I love that I don’t have to buy a ton of equipment or pay for a gym membership if I don’t want to. The options for recipes and education videos are all a huge bonus that I find helpful if in a pinch for something to make.
  • Great program and app

    I love this app…..I am older, my kids are in college…finding Deliciously Fit has been amazing! The only thing I’ve noticed (because I’m a bit older) is that some of the exercises I need more modification and often am not sure how so even if you do put it in the video a modification library to show people how to start and then progress through a modification process into the unmodified movement is something no one has. An example for me is I dislocated both of my knees in the 80s lunges hurt a goal is to be able to do them knowing how to modify to get there would be helpful more than just holding onto something for balance….beyond that the videos are a great length, they are easy to follow…although I did order the bands and the ones with got are different than the ones she use. I really like that she tells you how to breath and have noticed a change because of that.
