Perfect for Busy Moms Like Me!

With two active kids and a packed schedule, I thought working out was off the table after falling out of routine. This app has completely changed that! The workouts are quick, effective, and fit perfectly into my busy day. I feel stronger and more energized - The exercises are gentle yet challenging, and the focus on core and pelvic floor recovery has made such a difference in how I feel. Highly recommend!

Worth it

This app works well. Very few glitches and fixed quickly if there is. The workouts are interesting, effective, and challenging with lots of content to choose from. Easy to navigate.

Favorite fitness app for women’s health!

I’ve used this app since it’s launched, and logged over 100 workouts, and it’s by far my favorite fitness app I have tried up to date. I love the variety of workout programs it provides, and a quiz to know which one is best for you! Not only does it provide you with nutrition tips and recipes, but a whole section on education on all things women’s health and fitness. Andrea and her team go above and beyond to make it so easy and functional for the everyday mom when trying to navigate the changes your body undergoes during pregnancy and postpartum. It doesn’t matter how far I progress in my fitness journey the workouts are always challenging to help me continue to progress. I have never written a review for anything before, but I love this app and program so much I want to yell it from my rooftops so all women out there can have the knowledge and skills they need to actually see progress and feel confident again!

Love, Love, Love!!!

I am absolutely loving this app. I begin working with Andrea while this app was still in progress. The launch of the app was smooth and has been handled with grace as many glitches have been addressed and fixed through the updates. I have done many programs in the past and I’ve stuck with this one the longest, 33 weeks, because it is so easy and enjoyable to use.

I am really excited for the wight tracker. I have heard it has launched but have not been able to locate it. I am currently using the most up-to-date version for iPhone. I currently use a spreadsheet to track my weights so I can continue to push myself but there are so many different workouts, it is a large spreadsheet =).

I have been following the Sculpt and Strength 2.0 program and am a bit frustrated that weeks 9-12 have not been added yet, I finished week 8 today…

I am excited to see what the 20 minute program looks like. I would also be interested in a maintenance program and maybe a podcast around maintaining to send the message that it’s okay to be happy with where you are and to live in maintenance.

I love that the app goes beyond working out to include education, recipes, and much more all in one place. Thank you to the entire team for everything you do. You have helped me love my body again.

Health and fitness made simple

I love the variety of workout levels, styles and intensity. I feel that warmups and cooldowns are important and would like to have additional options here. I have felt significant improvement with my chronic back pain and I feel more confident in trying new adventures with my family. I love the at home option. I feel the instructions are so mindfully put together it’s like having Andrea right here with me. Everything is so perfectly timed and the reps are clearly listed -it takes the guess work out of the equation and I can really focus on giving it my all with each move, each rep, each breath. I really appreciate the attention given to each breath because I’ve noticed a considerable difference in the impact my workouts have. The meal options help out immensely. Selecting options we love, trying new ideas and planning for the week ensures my family and I are eating balanced healthy meals. I’ve been doing this program for about four months now and haven't felt this confident, strong or happy in a long time!

Perfect for Busy Moms

I’ve been using Make Fit Simple App since it launched, and have followed her for years on social media beforehand- so I had high expectations and she delivered! She makes it easy to follow along, shows modifications for all fitness levels, and really has brought gym level “classes” straight to my house! I have 3 littles, and being able to sneak in a workout between life’s day to day insanity of a schedule with multiple kids is life changing. It’s taken away my guilt of never making it to the gym, and I’ve gotten on such a great schedule with home workouts. I’m on my second program within the app, and I love all the added resources that are included- like meal plans and education. If you’re a busy mom that wants to add movement, strength and confidence into your life, this is the app!

Andrea is truly the best!!!

This app gives you a killer workout right from home! I am 10 months post partum and started with her diastasis recti guide and my physical therapist even says that I barely have any an separation thanks to Andrea! And now I’ve been working at getting my strength back to what it used to be before having my kiddo and I can tell when I do her workouts, I look sculpted and feel so much stronger!! The app itself is really easy to use and I love how you can track your workouts and a new feature of tracking your weights so you can progressively overload!!
Her workouts are easy to follow and she provides really good instructions and ques for breathing. Really great even if you don’t have kids! Don’t wait, just purchase it!!!!

Love the app!

I love this app, I’ve gone thru 1 complete program. Before starting I didn’t lift any weights, just walked daily, but really wanted to gain muscle. I love how the program progressed and I didn’t have to think about what to do, it made it SO easy and left me looking forward to the next workout. I’ve also done the body weight program while traveling and not having access to weights, love that as well! I’m about to start another program and look forward to changing things up. The reason for 4 stars is the app would never update my workout trophy’s, and I did sometimes struggle with the certain videos not working/wasn’t loaded properly on the app. Which I have grace for bc it was built from scratch and understand it’s a work in progress. I love how Andrea is open to receiving feedback and willing to fix any glitches in the programs, and listens to what the customer wants. My favorite thing about the program I did was the dynamic/functional movements for the cardio portion, SO SO good!

Newbie to Weightlifting

I purchased the Diastasis Recti Core Guide a couple of years ago and I love that I can now access it so much easier through the app! Easy access makes me so much more motivated to work out.
I finally took the plunge and purchased access to the rest of the app with the free trial. I love that workouts are 30 minutes and that each video clearly illustrates the move I am supposed to complete. I am always worried about injuring my body since I am clueless about proper technique but Andrea does a wonderful job of showing each step. I also love that the programs build from a beginner to more advanced so that as my abilities grow I will be challenged and continue to strengthen my body. It is very user friendly and uplifting with positive quotes and wins.
