  • The worse bank ever.

    Please do not waste your time with this bank/bank card. I don’t know how many times they have blocked my card for ridiculous reasons. Blocked my card for “fraud” getting groceries lol. I’d think fraud would be alerted if I were buying Gucci bags in California. Also blocked/declined for a “job gone wrong” on their end. So I continue to be inconvenienced and embarrassed for absolutely no good reason and I am switching banks as soon as I can. Please- don’t do it.

  • Useless app

    It prompts you to download another app and then takes you to the regular APG app. Then you click on cards and and it takes you back to “download app” page, it’s a vicious cycle with no access to your cards. Waste of time.

  • Can’t Log In

    Can’t use this app because it won’t allow me to log in.

    Hello, once you download the Card Manager app, you can access it via selecting "Cards" in the main menu of the APGFCU Mobile App and it will transfer you via single-sign-on.   • Not working correctly

    I’ve installed it and reinstalled it several times now and can’t get it to log on properly. Can’t get it to link up with my main account called customer support and they had no idea guess we have to wait until there’s enough complaints before it gets fixed.

  • Ridiculous

    Absolutely ridiculous i have to have 2 apps for one account. You went and tried to upgrade your mobile app and made it worse. Looking to other credit unions now

  • App doesn’t work 75% of the time

    This app barely works, it’s so frustrating when you like the security of locking your cards but then can’t get into the app to unlock them. This bank has suffered tremendously since COVID, used to be a good credit union, not any longer. Taking my business elsewhere
