    Honestly, I think the old version is more stable than this app. Sure this version has more features but it constantly logs me out so that I have to quit the app and reopen it and it is extremely frustrating to use this buggy app feels like this app is there to be a collection point, it’s just usable enough thanks!!!

  • Not convenient

    I feel like this new app is heading in the right direction, but the fact it logs me out every single time and seems to always use Safari to actually open the app. Really time consuming when I’m at a property with clients and have to keep logging back in or waiting for the internet to load it back up. I would rather use the old app and almost always schedule showings on a computer because of this.

  • Frustrating

    Frustrating how the new app does not come up when on the mls app to schedule appointment

    Always have to click the try new app when trying to schedule
  • Would give it a 0 if I could

    This app is legitimately awful. It doesn’t stay logged in, 99% of the time doesn’t even recognize the mls credentials it’s asking for to log in in the first place. Only downloaded because the original app said to, interface looks good but that’s about it.

  • No work correctly

    My experience was horrible I prefer the old version. It’s not friendly and have missing many options there are in the old version

  • Good but needs work

    The app is so very helpful, just has a lot of times that I try to do something and it errors out.
    On the whole it has all the tools I need, when they work.
  • Too many log ins

    The app makes you log again while you are accessing an open page sometimes. Also, very glitchy when trying to submit feedback. Sometimes I cannot submit.

  • Sleeker than previous generation, needs tweaks

    When I got a showing request on the old version, it was easy to tap it and confirm or deny. On the new version it is more tricky. Add a tab to the bottom or on the dashboard where we can easily confirm or deny appointments.

  • Zillow Buys, Takes Step Backwards

    Typical of most Zillow acquisitions ShowingTime has taken a step backwards since falling under the Zillow conglomerate. If you want to do a Showing Cart make sure and have your computer with you because you can’t do that from the app. You have to schedule those showings or individually. So, you do it from your computer, you can then view those showings from the app, right? Sure! As long as you force quit the app so that it will sync properly again… All they did was take the old app with all of its problems and give it a new look with those same problems. Typical Zillow. At least they didn’t make it worse like they did with dotloop.
